This paper deals with the role of widespread neuro-immuno-endocrine-endothelial system in sport traumatology. The aim this work is to see if or regular physical activity able reprogram endothelium, advance new concept diffused system, and introduce practice medicine a test fields “Athlete functional evaluation” “Sports fitness”. first object whether can change structure endothelium. second goal frame under general view knowledge individual lines research on highlight what we believe is, organization homeostasis, location ‘organ’, namely neuro-immune-endocrine spread.
